Boat ramps at Lake Isabella open again after flood debris removal

The recent California storms shut down recreational boating on Lake Isabella for two weeks in March. Now, following a massive debris removal effort and with the water levels back up closer to normal, the boating ramps are once again open to the public. 23ABC's Corey O'Leary headed up to the lake to have a look.
