(UPDATE: it took 8 months to get a decision on the pool lifts, and involved ALL 3 cities sending out inspectors... but the mgmt company decided it was an "undue financial burden" on the community to install ADA pool lifts. (totaling $5500) which they're "technically" allowed to use as a legal excuse. funny thing is, a few weeks after that they signed a contract with a painting company for 1.2 MILLION DOLLARS to 'update the paint' on all the buildings... (◔_◔) go figure....)
