REPAIR: permobil arm-pads (lots of hot glue!)

Today we try to repair an armrest pad from a permobil power chair. turns out its easier to just buy new parts, than to try and fix them! some chairs use glue, other use velcro... just depends on the original configuration. they put these things together several different ways! :^)
