EASY SNACK IDEA!! Add cassava, egg, flour and sausage and be surprised by the result
I decided to add some ingredients and the result was surprising! An easy snack idea to make at home.
You can change the stuffing to whatever you like best, but using the sausage stuffing like I did makes a very delicious snack.

Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 1 and 1/2 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 and 1/2 cup of milk
• 200g of cooked cassava (remove the stalks first)
• 10g dry yeast (bread yeast)
• 500g (approximately) wheat flour (to the point)
• 5 tablespoons of sugar
• 500g sausage stuffing (skinless)
Method:
Remove the stalks and threads from the cooked cassava.
Place the cooked cassava in a blender or food processor and blend well until creamy (preferably the cassava should be warm).
Place the cassava cream in a bowl and add the egg, oil, butter, sugar, milk and flour (the milk and wheat flour are gradually added). Knead well until you reach the point in the video (it gets very sticky), cover with a cloth and let it rise.
While the dough rises, make the filling you prefer (cheese in pieces, a piece of sausage...).
For the stuffing I used sausage stuffing (you can buy the stuffing or take it out of the sausage).
Fry the sausage stuffing with a drizzle of oil. After arriving at the point of your preference, book and wait to cool down.
Now just open the dough into portions (if you need to wet your hands) and stuff it, place it in the greased and floured pan.
Cover again with the cloth and let it rest for like 15 minutes.
Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC and bake until golden (approximately 20 minutes).
Take it out of the oven and butter it to make it even tastier!!!!!
