One person killed in shooting at Target on Suburban Ave in St Paul

Police are currently investigating an incident at 1744 Suburban Ave after receiving reports of shots fired at a Target store. One person was shot and unfortunately, multiple user videos indicate that the victim has died as a result of the shooting.
