Former prosecutor Andrew McCarthy called Alvin Bragg’s indictment of Donald Trump completely “incoherent.” Many legal analysts, including many on the left, think the case is so flimsy that the judge might dismiss it. When asked which law Trump is accused of violating, Bragg says it's not his responsibility to say. Bragg’s indictment of the president isn’t just an attack on Trump, it’s an attack on the U.S. justice system.
