Watch: Law Enforcement arrest fishermen and impound their boat at Kalk Bay Harbour

South Africa - Cape Town - 06 April 2023 - Law Enforcement officers arrested fishermen at the Kalk Bay Harbour and impounded their vessel, "El Pescado".
