How Buying Coffee, Lunch, A Vehicle, A House And Mismanaging Your Time Keeps you BROKE & POOR

In this video I share how buying your daily coffee, lunch, vehicle, house, and miss-managing your time is keeping you poor and broke. The video will explain the real cost of your daily expenses or how you use time and compare it to investing in index bonds, mutual funds, Real estate, rental car business or how starting any business is more profitable. Very few people understand the real cost of their daily coffee, their time, the lunch that they take to work each day, their vehicle loan and their mortgage and how choosing to do something different would make them money and any of the financial freedom. Instead of buying your daily coffee you can invest the money in a diversified index fund at an 8% interest rate per annum and be able to retire with over $500,000 in only 40 years. Instead of using time to scroll on social media, you can do a work at home job that pays $12 per hour resulting in you achieving financial freedom as a millionaire in 20 years. Instead of buying lunch each day and investing the money into an index fund in 40 years you would be a millionaire. And instead of buying the vehicle and instead of investing the money into an index fund in only 30 years you would’ve accumulated $1 million and that invested in a mutual fund pays $5000 per month which is more than enough to sustain most peoples livelihood. Instead of investing in real estate such as a house to living and incurring costs like down payment and closing cost as well as the mortgage payment, property tax and insurance, you invest that money into an index fund and it only 30 years which is the same time as the mortgage you would’ve accumulated $1.6 million by leverage in compound interest.
