GOOGLE - Before They Were Famous

Before Google’s search engine would dominate the market, handling over 1 billion searches a day, running on over 1 million computer servers, and become a verb.

Larry Page had met Sergey Brin while taking a tour of Stanford University. The two began working on a project that aimed to organize the info on the World Wide Web in a way that anyone could access it. They started working out of a friend’s garage, and in 8 years were able to make their company the largest and most influential brand in technology of this millennium.

My favourite thing about google is, of course, YouTube. That's why I'm able to do this for a living and youtube was very different before google bought it. Here's a clip from the first youtube video ever...
