Hobie PA 14 Fish Finder Relocation. Much BETTER!

Not the cheapest thing to do on a Hobie, but then again, nothing's cheap on a Hobie.

My goal is to 1, use my kayak a lot more, and 2, clean up the cockpit area. I overrigged my kayak and I'm in the process of making it more streamlined and taking things off of it and rearranging certain things.

The 21" cross bar was around $35, the mounting plates were $23 each, and the thru hull wiring kit was $30. So a little over $100. I can sell the original ram ball mount to offset some of the cost, but overall this change is so much better and it was pretty easy to do.
