Recipes For Cancer Patients

A lot of cancers are caused by our diet. The number two cause of cancer is obesity. The number one cause is smoking. Number two is obesity, and obesity accounts for over 600,000 diagnoses of cancer annually.

40% of all cancers are caused by obesity. If you have cancer, the tumor is not the problem. It's a symptom of a systemic, metabolic disease. Your immune system is overloaded or suppressed, and you have system-wide dysfunction.

Chris was stubborn and bought a juicer, juiced fruits and vegetables, and a bunch of carrots. He went to whole foods and bought 25-pound bags of carrots. Chris converted to a raw food diet overnight. Every morning he juiced 64 ounces of juice. It was about five pounds of carrots, some beets, celery, and ginger root.

That was the basic everyday juice formula. And some days, it was all carrot juice. Chris started with all carrot juice and later incorporated greens, greens powder, wheat grass, barley grass, spirulina, and chlorella. He tried adding as much nutrition as he could to the juice.

Chris made a big batch in the morning and drank it throughout the day, about eight ounces every hour. The goal with juice is to keep adding nutrition to your body and blood and to keep your blood levels high. Chris had several periods where he did extended juice fasts between five to 10 days.

Chris Wark Giant Salad

Chris made a giant cancer-fighting salad every day. His cancer salad included broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, onions, mushrooms, anti-cancer spices, cayenne pepper, turmeric, curry powder, and 24 different herbs. Chris topped it with apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, a little olive oil, peppers, sprouted garbanzo beans, lentils, mung beans, or all three.

He called it the giant cancer-fighting salad, and it was his staple meal for lunch and dinner every day, with no variety. Later Chris started incorporating fruit smoothies with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, and fresh coconut. After 90 days, he added cooked food to get more calories.
