▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Fry a handful of gutted anchovies in a pot over low heat
2️⃣Add Altari, 1 soybean paste, 1 sugar, 1 plum liquid, 2 minced garlic, 1 chopped green onion, 4 perilla oil and stir-fry lightly.
3️⃣Add anchovy broth (1.2L) enough to submerge
4️⃣When it boils, simmer over medium-low heat for 40-50 minutes
5️⃣Add if broth is not enough, add chosun soy sauce if liver is not enough
6️⃣Break it at the end to finish
