With Joy I announce my third release this year.
One Wish was so much fun to work on 90 audio tracks.
35 tracks were reserved for the vocals alone.
This song’s built is a rather complicated one, due to the
Way the harmonics are recorded. The process of the vocals by its self
Took me 11 months to write, followed by the instruments.
One Wish is a treasure in my music catalogue and I’m very proud of what I achieved
In this song. The song is about making One Wish and I tried to keep the approach as tender as I possibly could. At the same time, I wanted the song to have groove and Funk characteristics. I think the bass guitar and drums complement each other and help give the song sufficient boost and energy.
The voices were a nightmare to mix but that’s because I wanted it one way and only one way.
What would I wish for if I were granted One Wish?
