Trump OFFICIALLY Arrested & Arraigned on 34 Count Indictment & the Statement of Facts is AWFUL!

Donald Trump makes more history by officially being the first former President of the United States to be charged criminally. 34 Felony Counts of Falsifying Business Documents in various forms and fashion, all predicated on the testimony of a convicted liar and professional hussy. You can't make this stuff up.

DA Alvin Bragg submitted the charging documents alongside a Statement of Facts that does a lot of stating, but supplies very few facts. It alleges Michael Cohen did a lot of things, but Trump isn't really in the picture. Considering all the charges rest on his direction in order to stick, this is the political prosecution that everyone has been anticipating it would be.

A tentative court date has been set and it shouldn't shock anyone as to the potential timing. Just wait for the Georgia Case and Federal Case to drop, things are about to get spicy!
