A lawsuit filed in late 2022 now has Hershey announcing that it will remove the toxic metals lead and cadmium from it's dark chocolate products. Apparently it doesn't take a village, it takes a lawsuit. So if someone didn't sue Hershey for not putting toxic chemicals on the ingredient list, Hershey would still be doing it?
