Vancouver Downtown Eastside Hastings Street Is Completely Out Of Control:

The downtown east side of Vancouver is completely out of control. You can see how crazy it is by watching the video. Homelessness and addiction are the number one issues plaguing Vancouver's downtown Eastside specifically on Hastings street.

In the video I show you this week's walking tour and I also include Crab Park which is a park on the Burrard Inlet of the Pacific Ocean. There is a large homeless tent encampment there.
