Pole Barn Financing (30x40)

In this video, I tour a 30x40 pole barn/post frame in Ohio. At the 1:30 mark I discuss a few barn financing options.

A bank home equity line of credit will have a (little) lower rate and will require equity and a lien position. A title one (home improvement loan) requires no equity or appraisal - the rate will be slightly higher than a HELOC - and the rate will be based on your credit score.
