Stress is real, and the effects on our health can be serious. The breakthrough freedom found in a relationship with Jesus means you can conquer stress and live a better, healthier life.
My dear friend and author of Truly Fed, Gari Meacham, holds nothing back when it comes to sharing her life-saving encounter with what she calls her “Southern California Jesus.” She recalls it was one of her darkest hours as she struggled to hide in secret. That pressuring chronic stress led to her unhealthy compulsive behavior that almost took her life. That night, the Jesus she had never known met her in a dorm room at San Diego State, and her journey to freedom began.

Gari is so transparent as she and I go into detail about the different levels of stress and how God's word teaches we can break free from the adverse effects on our lives.
