There are many ways to make a useful homemade device with a plastic pipe! Here's one idea:

Materials:

Plastic pipe,End caps for the pipe,Drill,Saw,Sandpaper,Glue,Optional: decorations, paint, or stickers

Instructions:

Cut the plastic pipe to your desired length using a saw. Sand down the edges of the cut to make them smooth. Drill holes into the pipe where you want to place the end caps. The size of the drill bit should match the size of the end caps. Apply glue to the inside of the end caps and press them into the holes you drilled. Allow the glue to dry completely.
