Honestly this is the worst thing you can do in a trial, to antagonise the judge, the prosecutor or anyone there. Because it will work out in your disadvantage. The smartest ideea is to be as neutral as possible and not antagonise anyone. To keep your cool and not make statements like this. If you do this you only give the other side fuel and this is not good, for anyone.
