Stoneyfields Park and Dean's Brook

On behalf of The Friends of Stoneyfields Park

(Little bit of camera wobble, not sure why)

Description
A beauty spot in Edgware, Stoneyfield Park is 3 hectares of parkland with Deans Brook flowing through into a lake with an attractive waterfall cascading back into Dean's Brook.

The Dean's Brook runs for just over two kilometres (1.24 miles) from where it emerges from a culvert under the M1 motorway through Stoneyfields Park and suburban Edgware, to join the Silkstream near Edgware hospital. Its source is from Moat Mount into the Mill Hill golf course and Stoneywood Lake into Dean's Brook, it continues to join the Edgware brook onto the Silkstream then flows onto the Welsh Harp.
