If the answer is no, then it could take more time. It all depends on your airtime, and what you are giving your airtime/attention too? Realizing that contrast serves us, is such an amazing realization, however knowing that information comes with time, experience and of course contrast.Practicing the receptive mode in order to know it for yourself.
