"Assault Weapon" Ban Passes Senate Committee & Defies Supreme Court

HB 1240 has been moving quickly though the Washington legislature. The bill passed the House easily and moved on to the Democrat controlled Senate where it just recently passed through committee and is now up for a vote on the Senate floor.
