Plymouth City Centre Destruction of Trees

Views of Plymouth City centre after lots of trees were cut down at one o'clock in the morning. Ribbons tied to railings, names of trees written on the ground. A sign states "Keep out, Construction site" should read "destruction site"!
And a surprise conversation with a random member of the public!!
