Donald Trump should be worried of ‘hard evidence’ in Georgia case

Former US President Donald Trump should be worried about Georgia case because they have “really hard evidence” against him, says Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney.

“I don’t think this case worries him in terms of going to jail, I think that one in Georgia probably worries him the most because it’s a state charge, which means that a future president could not pardon him – a president can only pardon him from federal crimes, not state crimes,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“They’ve got really hard evidence, they have voice recordings … In Georgia, they have the President of the United States on tape saying ‘can you find me this many votes’
