Tony “Mad Dog” Maggert – Sausages of Freedom

Tony Maggert reached national prominence when he pulled over to help an old man change a tire. Turns out, that old man was Secretary of State Colin Powell.

After 23 years, 63 different countries, Tony retired from the military veteran. During a deployment to Afghanistan Tony developed an injury that would cost him is leg. Since then, he's had numerous surgeries. Undaunted, and with a passion for life, people and food he attended the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Tony's motto is “Give your culinary voice some volume and start cooking.”
