Donald Trump slams indictment as ‘insult’ in Mar-a-lago speech

Donald Trump has told supporters in Florida his indictment on business fraud charges was "an insult to our country", after appearing in court in New York.

The former US president is accused of falsifying business records to protect his 2016 election run.

Trump criticised the judge and prosecutors and claimed - without evidence - the case against him was politically-motivated.
