City of Cincinnati says liquor store is hotbed for criminal activity

According to the lawsuit from the city, there have been at least 12 violent gun crimes within a block of Save-Way Super Market in the West End since the start of 2020. Nearby residents expressed fears the area could become a food desert if the shop closes.
