Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power was Amazon Prime videos leading IP for streaming. Amazon Studies needed Rings of Power to be a success to match The Lord of the Rings movies. But after changing J. R. R. Tolkien's history, coming up with new characters to replace the Galadriel and Sauron we knew. We now have the viewer ratings and completion numbers for Season 1 of Rings of Power. Combine this with other problems like a horse, or Amazon Studies set being on fire. This was rough, but did the audience think Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power was worth watching?
