NCERT Syllabus से Mughal Chapters Remove किए जाने पर AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi पर PM Modi हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा, "यहां मोदी सरकार एनसीईआरटी से मुगलों की तारीख को....अतीत को मिटा रही है, और चीन हमारे प्रेजेंट के नामों को मिटा रहा है।" पीएम मोदी पर तंज कसते हुए ओवैसी ने आगे कहा, "1653 में ताजमहल शायद मोदी जी ने बनवाया था...1648 में लाल किले को शायद नाथूराम गोडसे ने बनवाया था।"
