Ferment and Savor Your Garden - Ken Story (Episode 14)

Ken Story has been a food grower most his life and has incredible cooking and canning skills! He has become a dear friend off mine, and now we plant and harvest from the same land. It's amazing how much more we can do together. Ken's knowledge and experience on the processing aspect of food has opened up canning and fermenting to our world. Ken uses the produce from our garden in so many creative ways, and we want to share it with you! How to use your crops once they make it to the finish line is really the second step of gardening.
