SOLVED: Missing 22-years Underwater (Karen Moore)

We found Karen Moore in her car, solving a 22-year-old missing person case in Davie, Florida bringing home a mother and friend.

Moore was last seen leaving her residence in Davie, Florida at 7:00 p.m. on June 26, 2001. She disappeared together with her vehicle, a white four-door 1999 Saturn with the Florida license plate number D00THU. A photograph of a similar car is posted with this case summary. Moore has never been heard from again.

Both she and her vehicle remained missing for the next two decades. In January 2023, however, Moore's car was found in a retention pond just a few miles from her home. It is being processed for evidence.

Moore was employed as a nurse in 2001. She was in the process of a divorce and had a restraining order against her husband. She is missing under suspicious circumstances and foul play is suspected. #scubadiving #missingperson #solved
