Material :
Brown sugar syrup:
250 g of brown sugar
200 ml of water
1 sheet of pandan leaves
Coconut ice :
1 young coconut (scratches the flesh)
1 tbsp sweetened condensed
2 tbsp brown sugar syrup
½ tbsp lime juice (oranges divided into 4)
Coconut water
Ice
Garnishes:
Lime slices
How to make :
1. Boil sugar syrup until boiling / slightly reduced. Strain and set aside.
2. Dredge the contents of the coconut with a coconut scraper/spoon, set aside.
3. Prepare a serving glass, pour brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, young coconut and ice cubes and pour coconut water until it fills the glass, and add lime juice.
4. Serve.
