The Avon Trail is a 120 km trail that works it's way along the amazing rural Ontario landscape, over the hills, down the valleys and across the fields between Conestogo near Waterloo, where the Conestogo and Grand River's meet, to St. Mary's at the Thames River.
The Avon Trail connects the Grand Valley Trail which follows the Grand River to the Thames Valley Trail which follows the Thames River.
Set to the music of Steve Welch, this end to end trail documentary is a celebration of the land in all it's glory.
