Trudeau's Gov't Challenged in a Real Court This Time - Emergencies Act
The Canadian Frontline Nurses are the 1st to bring Justin Trudeau's federal government to court for invoking the Emergencies Act during the Freedom Convoy. Outside of the non binding findings of Justice Paul Rouleau in the POEC, this is a real court challenge, with real legal repercussions.
