Please find a comfortable seated position where you can focus without any interruptions for the guided meditation for positive energy. If comfortable, you may close your eyes and take a deep breath to let go of anything that no longer serves you. As you visualize a light source flowing through your body, repeat the mantra "I am enough." Ground yourself with the earth's energy and create a protective aura of glowing light. Sit in this cocoon of light and observe the natural rise and fall of your body. When you are ready, gently move your body and open your eyes. You can use this protective aura of light whenever you require a boost of positive energy. This meditation can help you replace negative energy with positive energy and feel uplifted.
