"I've never eaten raw meat before," Logan Pimentel, 7, says seeing steak tartare for the first time. In this episode of "Would You Eat?" a panel of foodies and culinary experts react to the French delicacy, which one person calls "dog food," of uncooked beef served with a raw quail egg on top.

Steak Tartare

Ingredients:

● 3oz Beef Tenderloin
● 1⁄2 tbl Dijon Mustard
● 1 Quail Egg
● 1tsp minced Shallot
● 1tsp minced Capers
● 1sp minced Cornichons
● Salt to taste
● 1tsp Olive Oil
Water Crackers

Step 1:
Hand chop the meat to your desired texture.

Step 2:
Mix the olive oil, dijon mustard, and meat together adding oil until emulsified. Then add shallots, capers, cornichons, salt and mix together.

Step 3:
Use a pastry ring to mold the tartare into a circle, then crack the raw quail egg on top. Add the water crackers and enjoy.
