EVICTED OVER $50! This tenant at one of our properties in Las Vegas, NV had Section 8 which paid for the entire rent other than $50. The tenant only had to cover the $50 to stay at the property and the judge even allowed them a few months to catch back up. When we went back to court, the judge saw that they didn’t try to pay anything, he granted the eviction. All over $50 a month that was their portion of the monthly rent. Crazy.
