Innes Wilson's Freightliner

Innes Wilson's Freightliner formed in 2019 when McMurphy and Osmond offered their time and musicianship to future shows to back Innes Wilson's long-time (mostly) solo act. Within two weeks, Innes called them up to open for the Sadies. Ever since, the trio has kept busy with recording and performances when and where the pandemic has allowed. In 2022, they released their debut Self-Titled EP and established a stable tour schedule through the Summer and Fall in venues across southern Ontario. The EP charted across Canadian college/community radio and the single, "To the Letter," has been featured on CBC Radio 1's "The Key of C."

Innes Wilson is a singer/songwriter who cut his teeth in the early 2000’s playing music with dear friend Adam Sturgeon (Status Non-Status, Ombiigizi) as Innes Wilson and his Opposition. Innes has charted nationally across Canada reaching #1 on the !earshot folk charts in 2018. His previous solo releases are: Deference (2020), Part-time Cool (2021), The Heart That Holds This Up (2019) produced by Adam Warren (Waants), and Seaview EP (2018) featuring members of Status/Non-Status
