IL Supreme Court Chief Justice: 'No comment' on recusal in gun-ban case until motions decided

During an appropriation hearing today with the Illinois Supreme Court, state Rep. Brad Halbrook asked Chief Justice Mary Jane Theis if Justices Elizabeth Rochford and Mary O'Brien should recuse themselves in the gun-ban hearing. The two justices' campaigns got $1 million each from Gov. J.B. Pritzker.
