Hey guys! Today’s we’re making mango chia pudding - one of the perfect things to eat for breakfast or snack. Chia seeds are full of healthy fats that’ll keel you full for a long time, and is full of fiber that is so good for your gut health. Add a dollop of greek yogurt for protein and berries for more flavor and micronutrients. I topped mine with raw pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon granola. 😋
