Day 17/21 John Chapter 17

Three key points from John chapter 17:

1) Jesus' prayer for himself: In this chapter, Jesus prays to the Father and asks for his own glorification so that he may glorify the Father. He also expresses that he has completed the work the Father gave him to do on earth.

2) Jesus' prayer for his disciples: Jesus prays for his disciples and asks the Father to protect them from the evil one. He also asks the Father to sanctify them by the truth, which is his word. He prays for their unity and that they may be filled with joy.

3) Jesus' prayer for future believers: Jesus expands his prayer to include all future believers, asking the Father to grant them unity and that they may be with him where he is, so that they may see his glory. He prays that they may know the Father's love and that the Father may be in them.
