Wall Base - Machine Shop Build Ep. 1

First video in series of many. Building a partition wall for the machine shop in the old barn to have a heated place where I can store my motorcycles, house the lathe, welder, drill press, work bench etc so I can work on stuff when it is freezing outside like it is at the moment. Starting the build by getting wool and OSB sheets inside and creating a level surface where I can attach the sandwich walls made from OSB, home cut 50x100mm lumber and rock wool. The floor will be poured in over the old one later on from concrete when the walls are up and ceiling is insulated so the concrete can cure in plus degrees Celsius. This will be the first stage of the machine shop build. In the future I'm eager to remove the old wooden beam construction you see in the video completely since it is half rotten, raise the ceiling and have a two post car lift installed with proper level floors and other things that are required for auto repair. That's what I strive for anyway since I drive beater cars. They inevitably need constant tinkering and repairs. I will continue this build tomorrow and throughout the upcoming week and as long as it takes to get me where I need to be with this build. Next video in a week. Stay tuned and thanks for watching!
