The UJK Parf Guide System was designed by Peter Parfit to create CNC accurate 96mm grids on workbenches.

This video is part of my series on redoing my workbenches in my shop. I’m building a new Paulk Smart Bench, fixing up my old Paulk Total Station (Mitersaw Station) and putting a new top on my Perfectly Boring Workbench.

In this video I show you:

0:00 Intro
1:51 What is included in the parf guide system
6:42 Setting Up the System
13:30 Drilling the Pilot holes
14:58 Finishing Up

Why a 32mm system? I don’t know. It’s a standard that cabinet makers adopted before my time. I’m an imperial shop but will use metric at times. Even if you don’t know the metric system laying out your workbench on this system opens the door for a lot of jigs and fixtures based on the system. AND your bench being metric doesn’t affect your abile to use imperial once you get it done
