We make a lot of tabletops. 75 in 2019 and 2020 is looking to be close to 100 tabletops. That's 2-3 a week in a 2 car garage shop. I feel like I've developed a really good process with limited tools (no huge industrial equipment) just tools that are accessible to any Recreational woodworker.

Making a good tabletop is easy but isn't as simple as just pocket screwing some boards together. You can use pocket-hole joinery but you should take some additional steps to make sure your top has tight joints and stays flat.
