What it is are pressure sensitive sensors that measure your Gait. Each Person has their own unique and individual set/s of identifiable biometrics.
In this instance its focus is on the feet. Your stance, the pressure(weight) on various points placed on an individuals feet via IEEE Sensors that are placed on pressure sensitive plates or floorboards.
This helps to measure your specific stance the weight placed on each or both feet, while stationary. Also allows for them to measure your paces, how your strides fall and land on your next step while you walk.
This essentially allows a person whos monitoring to know who is who in an enclosed environment, such as with me, in my apartment. Making it then possible to single out the target from the other non targeted subjects who may also be in the same room/environment.
Making it then possible to have an adequate means of surveillance and real-time tracking knowing where you are in a room/environment with high accuracy and precision.
And is perfect for such places where using cameras is either forbidden or straight out, even illegal.
