Trump set to surrender on criminal charges

Today former President Donald Trump will become the first president to surrender on criminal charges. It's believed there could be some two dozen counts including felonies stemming from hush money payments in the final weeks of the 2016 election. ABC's Morgan Norwood has more on this historic case.
