Have you ever noticed how your mood can drastically change depending on the time of day? In this video, I'm sharing my personal experience of how my mood differs at 7 PM and 9 AM.

At 7 PM, I'm usually winding down after a long day of work. I might feel a little tired, but I'm also feeling accomplished and satisfied with what I've achieved. I love to take this time to relax, read a book, or catch up on my favorite TV shows.

On the other hand, at 9 AM, I'm just starting my day. I might feel a little groggy from just waking up, but I'm also excited about the possibilities of what the day might hold. I like to start my day with a cup of coffee, some light exercise, and a few minutes of meditation to help me focus and set intentions for the day ahead.
