Hi! Yesterday I saw these new badges on Rumble live streams, and I wasn't sure what they meant and couldn't find any FAQ/Q&A or how you get them! But I've found out, so wanted to make this video about it! Thought this would make a cool video explained the different badges and how you get them.
As far as I can tell there are 7 different badges on Rumble.

Premium User (which is green as has lightning), you get it shown on all live streams by paying $10 (USD) per month. The only badge that appears on all streams no matter what.

Administrator (purple crown badge), can only get it if it's for your own stream or you are Rumble team, always shows on your own streams.

Moderator (purple Shield badge), can get it if appointed by a streamer, and will show on all of their streams. You can't have both the moderator and administrator badge at the same time.

Supporter Badge (red tower thing), can get it by paying $5 per month for a channel. Will only show up on streams for the streamer that you are a supporter of, but will show up on all their streams during that month.

Whale badge! "Supporter", "Supporter+" "Supporter++" (silver/Supporter, gold/Supporter+ and blue/Supporter++), 3 badges, you can only have 1 of these badges at a time. You get it for a stream you donate to, but only for the during of that stream. So it doesn't last long (except on a 24/7 stream lol). But you can easily get the silver badge for just $1. The thresholds are as follows.
Silver Whale = $1-$99
Gold Whale = $100-$999
Blue Whale = $1,000 or more

I consider Blue Whale extremely steep and unrealistic for most people, will be extremely rare to see. I've only seen it 2-3x. Even Gold whale will be very rare, as $100USD is a ton of money to donate in 1x stream. Silver is easily accessible, you just need a card and can donate $1 for it, so I think it's cool they have that.

I think some thresholds like Superchats would be nicer, as $100 or more and $1000 or more will be ultra rare. I reckon a tier for $20 would be good.

I'm a huge fan of badges, and how to max out your profile with them, hence I made this video as I was researching it myself, and hopefully you too enjoyed and found it helpful.

You can only have 1x whale badge at a time.

The whale badges only last for that one stream, so you have to donate every stream to get it back, pay by visa card.

The max badges you can have at once is 4x. The only 2 people I've seen achieve this is @chrisrumble & @pbeavr ! To get all 4 you must have premium user badge ($10), 1 of the 3 whale badges ($1 is cheapest per stream), be a moderator/administrator (which is free, but requires the the streamer to give you it unless it's your own stream) and be a monthly supporter ($5 a month).

I think it's pretty cool. So for $10 a month, plus $5 per streamer per month, plus $1 per stream, you can have 3x badges next to your name. Neat. 4th one if you get mod (lol lots of mod begging incoming, although I assume tons of people who are monthly members of small channels, will get mod). But only $16 to get all 3x badges. $1015 if you want the blue whale. Cool badge stats!

Being only able to have the badge for just that stream is different to YT, and encourages people to donate $1 a stream in my view, if they want the badge. I think the badges are very cool. It's interesting how they stack and you can have multiple. On YT you can only have moderator (spanner)+ channel membership,, nothing for being a YT premium member. So a cool idea for Rumble to do this.

Hopefully that help explains things, please let me know if you have any questions. I did a very poor video but a good detailed description which should help. Please leave a like if it did.

Hopefully they will add more badges, and I can make a new video accordingly. :)
