~Ingredients~
(For 4 Parathas)

Whole wheat flour or aata- 1 and 1/2 cups
Finely chopped spring onions- 1 small bowl
Ghee- 2tsp
Salt- as per taste
Ajwain or carom seeds- 1 tsp
Kalonji or nigella seeds- 1 tsp
Grated ginger garlic- 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes- 1 tsp
Water as required
Ghee for frying
